First Flight with our PT-19

Cabrio?s maiden flight

Recently, the second Cabrio owned by the Flying Bulls, the PT-19 Fairchild, attracted all eyes at Hangar-7. Most visitors were taken with its striking colours ? aircraft connoisseurs recognised the technical improvements which had been made in the style of the original. Equipped with better brakes, an emergency brake control valve and contemporary on-board electronics, the pilots at Hangar-8 waited longingly for this maiden voyage after 3 years of being grounded. Then finally, the day came on 17 November. Under a bright blue sky and breeze, the PT-19 took off from Salzburg airport in its new uniform for the first time.
