Helsinki International Airshow

For the autograph of the Leningrad Cowboys ?

? flying to Finland for a weekend is no problem. This is what the Flying Bulls pilots thought, deciding to pay a visit to one of the biggest air shows in the country. At the Helsinki-Malmi airport, the BO 105 and Douglas DC-6B battled it out for what was probably the hottest warm up the Leningrad Cowboys had ever seen. Over 85,000 plane enthusiasts held their breath as a small helicopter suddenly tilted forwards and carried out a series of loop-the-loops. The BO 105 is a particularly special work of art in the Flying Bulls fleet as the only helicopter suitable for aerobatics. It was outshone only by the crown jewel ? the Douglas DC-6B. Even the Leningrad Cowboys were left behind in its slipstream ? despite their aerodynamic haircuts!
