ILA Berlin Air Show 2010
If an aircraft celebrates its world premiere ?
? the Flying Bulls fleet must, of course, be on the guest list. This was the case at the ILA 2010, the International Aerospace Exhibition and Conference. From 8 to 13 June, aerospace enthusiasts and flying machines from all over the world made the pilgrimage (by air or other means of transport) to the airport of Berlin-Schönefeld.
The Airbus A400 M military transport plane made its first public appearance at the ILA ? an event that could hardly be topped. Except, of course, by the copters and planes of the Flying Bulls, which are already used to the commotion caused by their every appearance. The BO 105, in particular, presented her most charming side and performed one somersault after the other. The Bell Cobra came along as an escort and observation aide. And at the sight of the other aircraft ? the Douglas DC-6B, the Lockheed P-38L and the Corsair ? even the most seasoned aerospace fans were simply blown away.
